The Recruitment Process
To help you to take that next crucial step in your career, here’s how we’ll work with you throughout the recruitment process now and in the future.
Background: We research and bring to you the best employment opportunities from around the globe, getting to know your new employer before you’ve even met them to ensure you’ll be happy working as part of their team.
Search: We need to find you first! We’ll post information about the job in an advertisement, or on our website. If we’ve met you before and know what you want, we may just give you a ring to see if you’re interested. Within two working days of receiving your application, our office will contact you to let you know whether or not your application has been successful.
Assess: Ok, so let’s chat a bit about your background and what you are looking for, as well as talk about the role to see if it fits the mould. Then we’ll introduce you to the employer and give them our recommendation that you’re just what they’ve been looking for.
Verification: We’ll conduct reference checks on behalf of the employer and will also require copies of your educational certificates and other important documents.
Negotiation: Fantastic! You’ve received your new job offer. Here we chat to both yourself and the employer to make sure that you’re both satisfied with the finer details of your contract.
Pre-arrival: There’s likely to be more than a few days between when you first accept an offer and when you will be starting in your new job. We make sure there is a seamless handover between us and your new employer and that you’re fully prepared for this exciting next step in your career.
Post-hire: Feel free to drop us a line once you’ve started to let us know how you’re getting on – we would love to hear from you.

Here is what some of our candidates had to say about working with APG Global
K.R. Sustainability Planner – Doha, QatarPlease note that I am absolutely delighted and privileged to get this opportunity to work for UPDA and frankly credit goes to you guys - as you worked so hard and with utmost sincerely to make this happen. I hope this is not the last time I am contacting you, as a matter of fact, I will be in touch with you once I get there and settle there as quickly as possible.
F.J. Legal Counsel – Doha, QatarIt is unusual for an organization, in any sector, to correctly balance professionalism and approachability. I believe that APG is one of those rare organizations which has managed to do so. Professionally, Bronwyn had all necessary data on the position requirements, the employer company, its people and the markets in which it conducted business. Her relationship with the organization was such that she was able to glean intended direction where agents with less of a relationship would not have been able to do so. It is possible that this level of professionalism should be expected from an organization of APG’s caliber. What sets APG apart however is their approachability and continued service post placement. Bronwyn and her team helpfully answered the multitude of inane questions that only a first time “expat” can think of. I will be forever grateful for APG’s patience with my “oh my goodness what am I doing” moments!”
D.L. Senior Development Manager – Doha, Qatar APG Global assisted me greatly throughout the whole process. They provided me with employer profiles, advice on living and working in the Middle East, coached me through the interview and negotiation process, and managed the entire process efficiently to ensure the outcome was in the best interest of all parties. I am pleased to confirm that my employment process was concluded and that both the employer and I are delighted with the outcome. I have now settled in Qatar and am enjoying my new role immensely. I am very happy to recommend APG Global to anyone considering a new career in the expatriate environment.
Name Withheld - I would like to take the time to thank you for making this seemingly frustrating process of finding work, a bit more comfortable as you have made me, at least within your group, feel a bit more like a person seeking gainful employment. Rather than just a "churned and burned" number... only to get tossed into the rubbish bin.
