Our client, an international multi disciplined consulting group, who provide design and project management services across the building and construction, civil engineering and infrastructure sectors seek Project Managers to join their dynamic Design Division in Abu Dhabi.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships; 
• Setting and meeting project delivery time lines, budgets and quality standards; 
• Leading a team of architects; 
• Ensuring timely coordination with multi-disciplined project teams; 
• Project fiscal management; and 
• Acting as the key liaison person with vendors, principals and other company departments.

The key attributes of the role include:

• Bachelor of Architecture is essential and Masters in Architecture is preferred, as is Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as AIA or RIBA. 
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the design and construction process.
• Previous experience in managing large complex and high profile projects is required, as is experience on high rise and/or mixed use developments.
• A strong client relations approach is needed, together with astute business acumen in ensuring that client goals are met within the required standards and project delivery guidelines. 
• Previous experience gained within a top tier Consultancy Firm and within the Gulf Region will also be highly regarded.
